“Our Samsung fridge stopped cooling on a Friday. Armen came out the same afternoon, found a failed evaporator fan, and had it running before dinner. He showed me the old part and explained exactly what happened. No upsell, no drama.”
“Three-story townhouse with Wi-Fi that died on the top floor. He ran a hardwired access point instead of selling me another extender, and now I get full speed in every room. He labeled every cable in the closet too.”
“Four cameras around the house plus a doorbell, all on my phone. He walked the property with me first and moved two camera positions based on where our packages actually get dropped. Clean cable runs, nothing hanging.”
“My editing workstation kept blue-screening mid-render. Turned out to be a bad RAM stick and a clogged cooler. He fixed it at my desk so I never had to unplug my whole setup.”
“Hung a heavy mirror, fixed two sticking doors, replaced a broken outlet cover and installed a new kitchen faucet — all in one visit. He gave me one price up front and stuck to it.”
“We bought a 12x14 pergola kit online and it sat in boxes for two months. Armen assembled and anchored the whole thing in a day and it is dead level. Worth every dollar.”
“My father's stereo receiver from the 90s had no sound on one channel. Everyone else said throw it away. He repaired it. That thing has sentimental value and it works again.”
“Running toilet and a garbage disposal that hummed but wouldn't turn. Both fixed in under an hour. Texted when he was on the way, wore shoe covers, cleaned up after.”
Leave a review
If I've worked on your house or your business, a review genuinely helps — it's how most people find an independent operator. Google, Yelp, Facebook and Nextdoor all work. Mentioning the specific service helps the next person searching for exactly that problem.
And if something wasn't right, call me before you write anything. The 90-day labor warranty is real, and I'd much rather fix it than read about it.
What people tend to mention
- Getting a real price up front and paying exactly that
- One visit covering things they expected to need three people for
- Being told when something wasn't worth repairing
- Cables labeled and passwords handed over in writing
- Cleanup — drop cloths, shoe covers, vacuum before leaving
- Texting when on the way, and arriving in the window
