Burbank, CA and 25 miles in every direction

How the radius works in practice

Travel is never billed as a separate line item. There's no trip charge in Burbank at all, and everywhere else travel is simply reflected in the quoted job price. What the distance actually affects is scheduling: the core cities usually get priority scheduling, and the outer ring is usually next-day.

It also affects how you should use me. If you're in Santa Clarita, Arcadia or Woodland Hills, a single small job is mostly drive time — so it's genuinely worth writing the list and doing everything in one visit. Landlords and property managers with several units in the same area should schedule them together for the same reason.

If you're just outside the radius, call anyway. Depending on the day and the job, it may still work.
