Working in North Hollywood
North Hollywood is a short hop over the Burbank line and one of the fastest-changing parts of the Valley. The NoHo Arts District has filled with new mid-rise apartments and condos in the last fifteen years, while the surrounding streets are still largely 1940s and 1950s single-family homes, many of them now with ADUs in the back.

Can you help if I rent my NoHo apartment?
Absolutely. Plenty of work is renter-friendly: mounting with minimal or no wall damage, Wi-Fi and network fixes, appliance repair, computer and electronics work. And if a repair is legally the landlord's obligation, I'll tell you so rather than charge you for it.
My ADU has no Wi-Fi. Can that be fixed?
