What to include when you get in touch
- Your city — it determines whether same-day is realistic
- What's wrong, in whatever words you have. "The fridge is warm but the freezer is fine" is a complete diagnosis to me.
- A photo of the problem, and one of the model/serial plate for appliances, TVs and equipment
- Anything else on the list — bundling several jobs into one visit is much better value
- Access notes — stairs, gates, parking, HOA insurance requirements, building hours

This is a mobile service business — I come to you. There's no storefront to visit, which is also why the street address isn't published.
For property managers, HOAs and businesses
Certificates of insurance are provided in advance at no charge — just send the management contact and their requirements when you book. Multiple units can be scheduled together and invoiced per property with before-and-after photo documentation.
Before you call
How fast will I hear back?
Calls and texts during working hours are usually answered immediately or returned within the hour. Form submissions and email get a reply the same day. If it's urgent — no cooling, active leak, a door that won't lock — call rather than emailing.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No, and there's no obligation. Estimates by phone, from photos, or in person are all free whether or not you book.
Can you give a price over the phone?
A realistic range, yes, for most jobs — and photos make it much tighter. A firm flat price comes once I've seen the job, and once it's given it doesn't move.
What payment do you take?
Card, Zelle, Venmo, cash or check, payable when the work is done and you've looked at it. No deposit for standard jobs.
Do you work weekends?
Yes — Saturdays 8 to 5 and Sundays 9 to 3, at no premium. Weekend slots book out faster, so a bit of notice helps.
