What is collected
When you call, text, email or submit the estimate form, the information you choose to share is collected — typically your name, phone number, email, city, and a description of the work. Nothing more is required.
How it is used
Solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, provide estimates and invoices, and follow up on warranty matters. That's it.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with marketing companies, lead brokers or data aggregators. You will not be added to a mailing list unless you ask to be.
Sharing
Information is shared only where necessary to do the work: with a parts supplier to order a component for your appliance, with a payment processor to take payment, or with a licensed contractor if you ask for a referral and consent to the introduction.
Site analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. No advertising trackers are used.
Photographs
Photos of completed work are only used publicly with explicit written permission. Client addresses and identities are never disclosed.
Your rights
